Quality Dyeing Units will have three components. The first component is one dyeing unit at  Village/ Primary Society Level. The total cost is Rs 3.51 Lakhs.

   The second component is providing equipment  and a packet of quality dyes & chemicals to 100 numbers of domestic dyeing units. The third component is training of 100 persons in  improved practices of dyeing. In case  the units are more than what is provided for under the scheme, additional amount may be obtained as loan. The management of the dyeing unit will be by the Primary Society and no provision is made for recurring expenditure. This means that the dyeing unit shall have to be run on commercial basis.
